Nothing compares to Ali Hazelwoods writing
This is a truly beautiful story with well built and believable characters. Hazelwood just knows how to draw her readers in, even if the „kink“ she describes isn’t their thing. No cringe to be found. I wish there was more intelligent writing like this out there.

great narrators performance
Story is very nicely told and takes you in quickly. the characters are so beautifully painted by the narrators it's really a good audiobook

Where to start?
I find it hard to criticize Hazelwood‘s books because they never cease to envelope me. The first person perspective allows us to really get to know the rich personalities of the female protagonists. Like many before, Scarlet has such a boisterous, bubbly and comical personality. Plumbers brilliant voice acting really gives it the nuancesher personality calls for. This is the first time I heard Ben Holtzmuller‘s voice acting and it‘s absolutely swoon worthy as well as diverse and believable. A must listen if you don‘t have anything against kink!

Not as spicy as I taught but so romantic
I was not expecting that the love journey was so beautiful. They communicated and got over the hurdles together

Loved this!!🩵
This one hit different. With all the serious topics and a different kind of romance explored in the story Ali Hazelwood did a great job writing a layered sports romance, that’s a lot more than just a sports romance! It’s about family issues, friendship, connections, and more <3 I think it’s the most memorable book she’s ever written!

Diving into Love
i listened to the audiobook in dual narration style.
The book overall was good. I liked how Lucas helped Scarlet change her perspective on live and her goals. His Swedish dry humor, how he cares snd supports her was really delightful. I really liked the two together- even though the kink chapters were just not for me (but still manageable to go through).
The story itself gives an interesting point of view into the live of athletes at an high class university, what kind of challenges and pressure weights down on there shoulders. And how perspective and the right mindset can change everything.
